Complete

A very complete and inexpensive omega, I recommend storing them in the fridge. On the other hand, they are repeated if I take them with little food, I recommend taking them after a large meal.

Un omega muy completo y barato, recomiendo guardar en la nevera. Por otro lado, a mi se me repiten si me las tomo con poca comida, recomiendo tomarlas después de una comida grande.

Super necessary in any diet because it helps the body a lot. The only thing I don't like is that the jars are too big for the amount inside. But I guess it's so that the capsules don't clump together.

Super necesario en cualquier dieta porque ayuda mucho al cuerpo. Lo único que no me gusta es que los botes son demasiado grandes para luego la cantidad interior. Pero supongo que es para que no se apelmacen las cápsulas.

I like that the product contains all types of omega but I would prefer the daily dose to be in a single tablet rather than having to take two a day.
