Excellent thickener
It works very well with a minimum amount to thicken sauces, emulsify dressings, to make protein powder creamier and I still have to try it in homemade ice cream, it has no taste, it dissolves very well, for me it has been a discovery after trying it with xanthan gum, which in my case, irritates the digestive system quite a lot.
Funciona muy bien con mínima cantidad para espesar salsas, emulsionar aderezos, para hacer más cremosa la proteína en polvo y me queda probar en helados caseros, no tiene sabor, se disuelve muy bien, para mí ha sido un descubrimiento después de intentarlo con la goma xantana que en mi caso, irrita bastante el sistema digestivo.
