• Candidate data will be retained for a maximum period of 1 year from receipt of the CV or the most recent profile update, unless the data subject requests its deletion earlier or consents to its retention for a longer period.

The legal bases that legitimise the processing of data are as follows:

• Performance of a contract: for purchasing products and managing orders.
• Consent of the data subject: for sending commercial communications and newsletters, or for participating in promotions.
• Legitimate interest: for responding to enquiries, improving services and ensuring website security.
