How to get your HSN scoops

At HSN, we've introduced a new system for getting scoops for HSN powder products.

Our main goal is to cut down on unnecessary plastic use, as these scoops can be reused across different products.

From now on, with every HSN order that includes a powder product, you can choose a free scoop. If your order includes multiple powder products and you need extra scoops of the same type, you can buy them at a lower price than their regular cost in our online store.

Step-by-step guide

Whenever you place an order on our online store that includes at least one HSN powder product, you can add one free scoop to your order. When selecting your product, you'll first have the option to choose whether or not you need a scoop.

If your order contains multiple powder products and you select additional scoops of the same size as the first one, an extra charge per scoop will apply, still lower than the standard retail price. The maximum number of scoops you can request will match the number of products requiring a scoop of the same size.

For example, as shown in the image, you've added a 500g bag of Evowhey Protein to your shopping cart, which requires a 70ml scoop. You've also added a 150g bag of Evofuel to your order, selecting the option for a scoop (which has the same dimensions as the one for Evowhey Protein). The first scoop is free, while the second one incurs the additional charge. The recommended serving size for both Evowhey Protein and Evofuel is 70ml.

How do you know which dosing scoop you need?

If you have any doubts about which scoop you need for each HSN powder product, here are the routes to find it in our online shop.

Search for the product you want, e.g. Evowhey Protein.
Once inside, you can go to the ‘Nutritional info’ section of the product, where it specifies the recommended serving size.
You can also find the required dosing scoop size in the ‘How to take’ section, which specifies the amount of product to be taken per serving and the required dosing scoop.

As a responsible manufacturer, HSN actively works to minimise the use of non-essential plastics. According to data from the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), 1,492,739 tonnes of plastic waste were generated in Spain in 2022, of which 868,015 tonnes were recycled. Of this total, 40% came from single-use packaging.

Reducing environmental impact is a shared responsibility. At HSN, we reaffirm our commitment by introducing 100% biodegradable scoops for our powder products, helping to reduce unnecessary plastic use and promoting a more sustainable industry.

To further avoid unnecessary plastics, we remind our customers before completing their orders that HSN scoops are reusable across different products. We recommend checking the scoop size table to determine the appropriate scoop for each product.

Frequently asked questions

No. These gift products do not include a measuring scoop. Neither do those included in the HSN Deals section. However, the client will be able to purchase it at the same reduced price of 0,50 €.

Unfortunately, no. When adding a powder product to your cart, you must select the option ‘I need a scoop’. Once the order is placed, no changes can be made. HSN scoops are reusable, and our goal is to support the environment by reducing unnecessary plastic use.

Yes, of course. All HSN measuring scoops are reusable. The only thing you need to keep in mind is the recommended serving size for each product. You can check the table on this page or visit the 'How to take' section of the product.

For example, when taking Citrulline Malate Powder and Leucine, both use the 10 ml scoop.

HSN powdered products have a specific usage mode that requires the corresponding scoop. If you need different measurements, you will have to use a scale.

For example, to take Creatine Monohydrate Powder, it is recommended to mix half of a 10 ml scoop to reach the daily dose of 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate. If you need to take 6 g as per your doctor's or nutritionist’s guidance, you should use a measuring instrument.

Due to the density factor of each HSN powder product, there is no direct equivalence of 1 ml = 1 g. Always check the recommended serving size (g) and the scoop capacity for that serving (ml) on each product.

For example, to take a 30 g serving of Evowhey Protein, you should use the 70 ml scoop.
