Dissolves very easily

Creatine is good and effective, but it's not 100% soluble. You can feel the grains at the end of the dose.

A creatina é boa e a sua eficácia é boa, contudo não é 100% solúvel. No final da toma sentem-se os grãos.

Very good it costs a little to dissolve but I do not know if it is normal is the first time I use it and the good thing is that as it is insaborated I mix it with the recobery and the protein.

Muy buena le cuesta un poco disolverse pero no se si es normal es la primera vez que la uso y lo bueno que como es insabora la mezclo con el recobery y la proteina.
