They are very effective! I bought a bottle for my mother for menopausal hot flashes and they are having a great effect! I also decided to try them for some hormonal disorders and after 10 days of taking them, my menstrual cycle became regular again after 3 months without a period. I take them together with evening primrose and they are very good. They have also reduced the pain I used to have every time I had my period.
