I ordered the 5kg pack, the one I liked the least was the chocolate and peanut, I found it very heavy, and a rather strong smell. I recommend all the others.

Very interesting.
Nutritionally speaking, I was very surprised by the composition of ingredients that these porridges have. Apart from oats, I found very interesting the mixture of vegetable proteins, such as rice, pea and hemp, besides having some of the goodness of various cereals, sweeteners such as stevia. I bought several flavors and the chocolate one is quite good.
Nutricionalmente hablando me llamó mucho la atención la composición de ingredientes que tienen estas gachas. aparte de la avena, me pareció muy interesante la mezcla de proteínas de origen vegetal, como el arroz, guisante y cáñamo, además de tener algunas de las bondades de varios cereales, edulcorantes como estevia. He comprado varios sabores y el de chocolate está bastante bien.

Must-have breakfasts
I have been using protein porridge for breakfast for 3 years now with good results. This new vegan version has pleased me even more, since with just one scoop (in my case) it gives me enough energy for the morning (training and work) and the feeling of satiety is greater with the vegan format (I use it with a little bit of almond milk) it forms an almost solid paste. I have tried them in all flavors since I buy them in 5 packs of different flavors, I like them all equally.
Llevo ya 3 años utilizando las gachas proteicas para los desayunos con buenos resultados. Esta nueva versión vegana me ha gustado aun más, ya que con un solo cazo (en mi caso) me da energía suficiente para la mañana (entrenamiento y trabajo) y la sensación de saciedad es mayor con el formato vegano (lo utilizo con un poquito de leche de almendra) se forma una plasta casi sólida. Los he probado de todos los sabores ya que los compro en formato de 5 paquetes de distintos sabores, me gustan todos por igual.

I was looking for something rich in protein for breakfast or before training and that was in line with my type of diet. The result are these vegan porridge oats that I usually take with a little nut butter and some fruit and they are delicious. This pack is great if you want to try all the flavors or change from time to time. I highly recommend the salted caramel flavor.
Buscaba algo rico en proteínas para el desayuno o para antes de entrenar y que fuese acorde con mi tipo de alimentación. El resultado son estas gachas de avena veganas que suelo tomar con un poco de mantequilla de frutos secos y algo de fruta y quedan riquísimas. Este pack es genial para si quieres probar todos los sabores o ir cambiando de vez en cuando. Recomiendo mucho el sabor caramelo salado.
