To make a delicious Keto Coffee, simply mix 1 scoop of 25ml with 150ml of water. You can add our Keto Creamer if you wish to give it more body.

And to go with it, nothing better than some pancakes, right? Well, our Keto Cakes are very easy to make: 

•  Mix 2 scoops of 70ml with 100ml of water. Do not over mix.
•  Pour 2 tablespoons of mixture per pancake onto a prepared, hot frying pan or griddle.
•  Cook each pancake for 1-1.5 minutes until golden brown, turning the pancake no more than once.
•  Finally, as a topping, add one of our syrups to give them a delicious and completely keto touch.

As far as Lycopene 15mg + Flax Seed Oil is concerned, just take 1 softgel 1 time a day. You can take it at any time of the day, although we recommend taking it with food.
