Pumpkin Cake Recipe:

• Mix 2 eggs, 500g of cooked pumpkin, 4 scoops of Instant Oat Flour, 150ml of vegetable drink, and 1 scoop of Stevia Powder.
• Bake for 35-40 minutes at 170º.
• To prepare the cream cheese, mix 150g of light cheese, 1 scoop of Stevia Extract, 1 scoop of Pumpkin Seed Protein, and 1 scoop of your Flavour System for Vegetable Proteins.
• To finish, wait until the cake cools down and then spread the cream cheese over to taste.
