Healthier Nutella

It's very good, but it's not exactly cheap. Much better than a jar of Nutella, which is almost just sugar and oil. You also have to eat in moderation, this spread is very high in calories, but at least it has protein and doesn't cause insulin spikes. It's better to eat less and better quality than those supermarket chocolate spreads full of oil and sugar.

É muito bom, pena não ser propriamente barato. Bem melhor do que o pote de Nutella, que é quase só açúcar e óleo. Também é preciso comer com moderação, este creme é muito calórico, mas pelo menos tem proteína e não causa picos de insulina. Melhor comer menos e de melhor qualidade do que comer esses chocolates de barrar do supermercado cheios de óleo e açúcar.
