Gluten-free breads and pastries
Excellent in a mix of flours that I prepare to make gluten-free breads and cakes. Fine and homogeneous texture, neutral flavor, very easy to incorporate into my recipes. The only thing I would improve would be the bag which is very difficult to reseal well as it inevitably gets dust in the closure.
