Good feelings
I bought the 1kg container to try (there are no smaller containers) and the truth is that so far it's going well. I take it as a post-workout and if it is true that recovery improves (at least I notice that it accelerates). It costs a little to dissolve and has a good price. I have yet to try it with a glucose monitor to see its impact. Otherwise, no discomfort or unwanted side effects.
Compré el envase de 1kg para probar (no han envases más pequeños) y la verdad es que por ahora va bien. Lo tomo como post-entreno y si es cierto que la recuperación mejora (al menos noto que se acelera). Cuesta un poco que se disuelva y tiene un buen precio. Tengo pendiente de probarlo con un monitor de glucosa para ver su impacto. Por lo demás, ninguna molestia ni efecto secundario no deseado.

Good product.
I tried it for the first time recently to use as a fast absorbing hydrate for those days when I can't eat early enough before training, and it's effective. Plus the fact that it's unflavored lets me add it to my protein shake of choice. I recommend it.
