Very good idea of jelly beans

I like the gummy format, they are very good! As for the effectiveness, it does help to get to sleep much faster and the first hours are deep sleep, although I personally have not noticed that it gives me more hours of sleep, as I say only more depth in the first 3 or 4 hours.
