Shoulder discomfort
I don't know if it is coincidence or magic, any joint pain I have is recovered with glucosamine and I notice it is more effective than collagen since collagen has been proven not to be 100% repairing for the cartilage! I recommend HSN glucosamine, in fact I bought a lot of it because I recommended it to a friend.
No se si es casualidad o magia, dolor articular que tenga se me recupera con glucosamina y lo noto más eficaz que el colágeno ya que el colágeno está demostrado que no es 100 por 100% reparador para el cartílago!. Recomiendo la glucosamina de HSN, de hecho compré mucha por que a un amigo se la recomendé.

I bought it to repair and maintain articular cartilage, if this is your case, I recommend taking it along with other supplements. I would not buy it to take alone. I explain what I have done well with and why mix it with: Vitamin C (to help produce collagen) Hydrolyzed collagen (to strengthen connective tissues) MSM (reduces inflammation and improves tissue) Zinc (supports collagen formation)
