I bought it to repair and maintain articular cartilage, if this is your case, I recommend taking it along with other supplements. I would not buy it to take alone. I explain what I have done well with and why mix it with: Vitamin C (to help produce collagen) Hydrolyzed collagen (to strengthen connective tissues) MSM (reduces inflammation and improves tissue) Zinc (supports collagen formation)

Lo compré para reparar y mantener el cartílago articular, si este es tu caso, recomiendo tomarlo junto a otros suplemento. No lo compraría para tomarlo solo. Cheap and it works, my knees don't hurt anymore, I take it with chondroitin and vitamin C. I recommend it to anyone who does sports or is older, my mother takes it for her joint pains and says she is better.
