Winning combination for pancakes

Due to a temporary problem I have limited gluten and I tried this flour in combination with gluten-free oats (much more expensive). What a discovery! It gives much more fluffiness and consistency to pancakes/crepes with egg whites, even if you are not celiac try it!

For porridges with creamy texture.

The first thing I would like to do is to differentiate between hydrolyzed and pregelatinized. The hydrolyzed one is not for porridges, it does not thicken, and the pregelatinized one does thicken, it is very good for making porridges. Let's say that the hydrolyzed one is for drinking and the pregelatinized one is for eating with a spoon. I say this because I have heard many people say that HSN rice flour sucks because it does not thicken, and the reason for this is simply because they have bought the wrong kind. That said. This pregelatinized rice flour, quality price is the best you can find, it dissolves well and mixed with protein you get a good porridge.

Lo primero que me gustaría es diferenciar entre hidrolizada y pregelatinizada. La hidrolizada no es para papillas, no espesa, y la pregelatinizada sí espesa, va muy bien para hacer papillas. Digamos que la hidrolizada es para beber y la pregelatinizada es para comer con cuchara. Digo esto porque he escuchado a mucha gente decir que la harina de arroz de HSN es una porquería porque no espesa, y el motivo no es más que porque han comprado la que no es. Dicho esto. Esta harina de arroz pregelatinizada, calidad precio es lo mejor que se puede encontrar, se disuelve bien y mezclado con proteína te queda una papilla buena.

It is wonderful, especially when mixed with other flours (corn and lentils).

I have celiac disease, and I use this flour both alone and with other flours to make my own gluten-free bread. It is wonderful on its own, but when mixed with other flours (corn and lentils) it makes a bread of unbeatable quality. Especially if it is made with the POOLISH leavening technique (in case anyone who also makes their own gluten-free bread is interested to know). Only this way the bread is 100% leavened and super fluffy.

Soy celiaca, y utilizo esta harina tanto sola como acompañada para elaborarme mi propio pan sin gluten. Es maravillosa sola, pero como mezclada con otras harinas (maíz y lenteja) se consigue un pan de una calidad inmejorable. Sobre todo si se elabora con la técnica de levado llamada 'POOLISH' (por si a alguien que también elabora su propio pan sin gluten le interesa saberlo). Tan solo así el pan queda 100% levado y super esponjoso.
