Impossible to make pancakes with this flour, I do not know if it is due to its texture, but there is no way to dissolve it even with the help of a mixer and also I can not get the pancakes to curdle while other rice flours do not have problems. I usually buy other products of the brand and I am quite satisfied, but not with rice flour.
