Together with the mythical protein concentrate, they are perfect smoothies for mid-morning when I'm at work and I don't have enough time to take a proper lunch. Also, for cakes it gives a very good fluffiness and texture.

Winning combination for pancakes
Due to a temporary problem I have limited gluten and I tried this flour in combination with gluten-free oats (much more expensive). What a discovery! It gives much more fluffiness and consistency to pancakes/crepes with egg whites, even if you are not celiac try it!

Good product, ideal for a pre or post workout for its macros. I usually mix it with warm or hot water or milk with almonds, you have to give it with energy but there are lumps. The taste is not the best in the world, so I make flavoring. It would be a good idea to bring out flavored ones.
