I use it to make my isotonic drink for when I train my bike for more than 2 hours, I mix it with sea salt, magnesium citrate and glycine. What I did not like at all is the packaging, it has a very narrow neck, making it difficult to subtract the product, it does not include any ladle with which to take the correct measure. Although it does have a little bag inside for the humidity, which is very good.
Lo utilizo para hacer mi bebida isotónica para cuando hago entrenos con la bicicleta de más de 2 horas, lo mezclo con sal marina, citrato de magnesio y glicina. Lo que no me ha gustado nada es el envase, tiene un cuello muy estrecho, haciendo difícil sustraer el producto, tampoco incluye ningún cazo con el que coger la medida correcta. Aunque trae en interior una bolsita para la humedad, lo cual está muy bien.

Una recomendación es que deberían de venir con un dosificador con la cantidad exacta de producto, para así no consumir más de lo debido. Y en cuanto al precio se debería de aplicar un descuento algo mayor, en comparación con otros productos de la tienda.
