Effective in the long term
I use it as part of the supplementation I take for my hair (together with Zinc). The improvement is not noticeable from the first month since hair is a slow process, but after a couple of months taking both supplements I notice a lot of improvement. This supplement covers the doses of Biotin, Zinc, Selenium and Copper very well. It is true that it is a bit uncomfortable to swallow.
La uso como parte de la suplementación que tomo para el cabello (junto a Zinc).
La mejoría no se nota desde el primer mes ya que el tema del cabello es un proceso lento, pero tras un par de meses tomando ambos suplementos noto mucha mejoría.
Este suplemento cubre muy bien las dosis de Biotina, Zinc, Selenio y Cobre.
Si es verdad que para tragar es un poco íncomodo.
