It really works. My nails have always been soft and my hair was starting to lighten. After 3 months, the difference is very noticeable. I can no longer see the cardboard and my nails don't break so easily. Problem: even if you swallow the pill with water, it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

Funciona de verdad. Tengo las uñas blandas desde siempre y el pelo me estaba empezando a clarear. Después de 3 meses, la diferencia es muy notable.
