useful preworkout only if you actually need more focus not to be taken every day and never at too late a time if you are addicted it is advisable to take it off completely for a couple of weeks ,including extra coffees

If you wake up lacking energy, and you are one of those who train first thing in the morning, a lollipop and go for a run. I try to take it in moderation, and only if I see it as essential to get through the day. 1 a day and in the morning, because if you take it after eating... you can't imagine how you'll spend that night.
