Something is noticeable
I buy it for the days when there is no way, because I take other types of pre-workout products, I take it on the days when I have no energy to continue even if I don't do sports. It's noticeable, but not a big deal. It is caffeine, yes, but nothing magical and I have to say that I am very used to coffee and pre-workout products.
La compre para los días que no hay manera, pues tomo otros tipos de productos pre-entrenos, la tomo los dias ke no tengo energía para seguir aunque no haga deporte. Algo se nota pero nada del otro mundo. Es cafeína eso sí, pero nada mágico y he de decir que yo estoy muy acostumbrado al café y los productos pre-entrenamiento.

I think caffeine is the most used product in the fitness world, or at least I think it is in the top 3 along with protein and creatine. This time, the guys from HSN have developed a very powerful product, as it contains caffeine with fast action and also with prolonged effect. On my bike rides I take it half an hour before, and I can assure you that I notice the effect during the whole session, it's incredible!
La cafeína creo que es el producto mas utilizado en el mundo del fitness, o por lo menos creo que se sitúa en el top 3 junto a la proteína y la creatina. En esta ocasión, los chicos de HSN han desarrollado un producto muy potente, ya que contiene cafeína con acción rápida y también de efecto prolongado. En mis salidas en bici lo tomo una media hora antes, y puede asegurar que noto el efecto durante toda la sesión, ¡es increíble!
