I have been taking casein for a long time and the truth is that it is a good value for money product and I will continue to take it. As for the flavors is already something personal but the ones I chose all are very successful and are powerful flavors.

I got Yogurt flavors lemon, coconut and chocolate biaco, chocolate and chocolate hazelnut One tasted better than the other maybe the coconut has a slight chemical aftertaste I am satisfied every night a different pre-sleep

Good combination to gain muscle mass, as it has several flavors I can change as I feel like it during the day. The casein is smooth and mixes well, the flavorings are good and I also use them with my whey. Very good.
Buena combinación para ganar masa muscular, al llevar varios sabores puedo ir cambiando según me apetezca en el día. La caseína es suave y se mezcla correctamente, los saborizantes están buenos y los uso también con mi whey. Muy bueno.
