Good

Difficult to know their effectiveness but I got them as a gift and did not dislike them. They last long enough if you take the indicated dose. And if you put it in food (preferably a fatty food) you hardly notice the taste.

Difícil saber su efectividad pero las obtuve como regalo y no me desagradó. Duran bastante si tomas la dosis indicada. Y si la echas dentro de la comida (preferiblemente una comida con grasas) a penas notas su sabor.

Bad taste

The truth is that consuming vitamin D in the form of drops has been both pleasant and surprising. You have to move it well, and it has a very slight taste of oil, but very very light. I liked it a lot, and it is quite effective, since there are 4 drops a day.

La verdad que consumir vitamina d en formato gotas, me ha resultado agradable a la par que sorprendente. Hay que moverlo bien, y tiene un ligerísimo sabor a aceite, pero muy muy ligero. Me ha gustado mucho, y cunde bastante, pues son 4 gotas al dia.
