I take it for hypothyroidism

It was recommended to me by my Internal Medicine doctor. I have hypothyroidism and I take Eutirox 25 mg. In order not to increase the dose, my doctor recommended me to take a minimum dose of Kelp (be careful not to overdose), plus Zn and Selenium and other things. It comes in large quantities and lasts a lot. It comes with a measuring spoon. Its taste is not unpleasant, it is salty, sea flavor.

Me lo recomendó mi doctora de Medicina Interna. Tengo hipotiroidismo y tomo Eutirox 25 mg. Para no aumentar la dosis, mi doctora me recomendó tomar una mínima dosis de Kelp (hay que cuidar de no pasarse de dosis), además de Zn y Selenio y otras cosas. Viene mucha cantidad y dura un montón. Trae cuchara dosificadora. Su sabor no me resulta desagradable, es salado, sabor a mar.

I like

Easy to drink. I sprinkle it on salads or vegetables so the taste is not even noticeable. It is still too early to say how effective it is. I consume it for the extra iodine.

Fácil de tomar. Lo espolvoreo en la ensalada o verduras por lo que el sabor, ni se aprecia. Todavía es pronto para opinar de la efectividad. Lo consumo por el aporte extra de yodo.

Good quality

Not recommended for those who do not tolerate unpleasant flavors, being in powder form it dissolves poorly and sticks to the palate. I recommend more in capsules but very good supplement.

No recomendado para aquellos que no soportan sabores desagradables, al ser en polvo se disuelve mal y se pega en el paladar. Recomiendo más en cápsulas pero muy buen suplemento
