Hot to take?
Here is the ideal method of use for this combination of supplements:
A) BEFORE TRAINING SESSIONS OR COMPETITIONS
- Take 1 scoop of Evostamina (20g) with 300ml of water 45-60 minutes before a training session or competition.
B) DURING TRAINING SESSIONS OR COMPETITIONS
- The ideal drink to have 'on the bike' or during any endurance activity is Evotonic. To prepare your drink, mix 1 heaped scoop (35g) for every 400ml of water and drink it in small sips.
- After 60 minutes of activity, take one Evoenergy Gel Without Caffeine every 45-60 minutes with 250ml of water.
- After 4 hours of competition, alternate with the Evoenergy Gel with Guarana and Caffeine.
C) AFTER TRAINING SESSIONS OR COMPETITIONS
- After any training sessions or competitions take 1 scoop (50g) of Evorecovery with 300ml of water and 1 Evogummy Recovery Gummy Bar.
