I started taking it because I am lactose intolerant, and these proteins do not contain lactose. I use it a lot in baking and this pack allows me to have a wide variety of flavors, although the Caribbean vanilla is my favorite.

Comencé a tomarla porque soy intolerante a la lactosa, y estas proteínas no la contienen. Le doy mucho uso en repostería y este pack me permite tener una amplia variedad de sabores, aunque el de vainilla caribeña es mi preferido.

Tried the unflavored version which in my opinion is really the best. I have tried the tasting multipack, so far I have tried the strawberry and vanilla flavors which are not bad at all. In my opinion I am not sure why the unflavored version remains superior (it whips up the protein ice cream better). In general, the packaging of protein pouches always suffers from the defect of the closure that often does not work properly

Ha provato la versione non aromatizzata che a mio avviso è davvero la migliore. Ho provato il multipack degustazione, fino ad ora ho provato i gusti fragola e vaniglia che non sono niente male. A mio avviso non so bene per quale motivo la versione non aromatizzata rimane superiore (monta meglio il gelato proteico). In generale il packaging delle buste di proteine soffre sempre di difetto della chiusura che spesso non funziona adeguatamente

In my case vanilla flavor the smell at the beginning was great, the taste was quite improvable. If you shake it a lot it foams a lot and dissolves well.
