I have been taking it for 4 years and I am delighted. Coenzyme Q10 allows you to control cellular aging and oxidative damage caused by age (over 50). Lo tomo dese hace 4 años y estoy encantada. La coenzima Q10 te permite controlar del envejecimiento celular y el daño oxidativo ocasionado por la edad (mas de 50). Aunque tu dieta sea equilibrada considero fundamental suplementarte con Q10 y si tienes colesterol y tomas medicación, la coenzima Q10 palia los efectos adversos de la medicación para control de colesterol.

This Q10 is in its reduced form which is evidently inferior to ubiquinol but is attributed with positive properties in vascular and brain health.
