Evotonic

Evotonic is a food preparation for isotonic drinks, based on carbohydrates and minerals, with proteins and amino acids.

Our isotonic drink meets the European regulations for water and mineral replacement for athletes. It’s perfect to take before, during, and/or after sports practice.

Thanks to fast-absorbing carbohydrates, it helps rehydration and mineral replacement lost through effort, and contributes to reducing muscle fiber breakdown, thanks to amino acids and the hydrolyzed protein portion from PeptoPro®.

Evobcaa's 2.0 (Bcaa´s 12:1:1 + Glutamine)

This vegan flavored powdered supplement is based on branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and Kyowa^® L-glutamine, from plant fermentation.

This formula contains 3 branched-chain amino acids that must be supplied through diet and are used in protein synthesis. Plus, it dissolves easily in water (regardless of temperature).

Creatine Monohydrate

All RawSeries products are pure, without additives. So here we have 100% Creatine Monohydrate powder.

Creatine is a potentially effective aid to boost the effect of resistance training. According to the International Society of Sports Nutrition: 'Creatine monohydrate is the most effective ergogenic nutritional supplement currently available to athletes in terms of increasing high-intensity exercise capacity and lean mass during training' (Kerksick et al., 2017).

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline malate powder is a powdered supplement based on citrulline salts of malic acid, created by combining L-citrulline with the DL-malate anion.

Like the creatine in this pack, our citrulline malate follows the RawSeries philosophy: 100% pure, no additives.

How to take it?

Upon waking and before breakfast:

Take 1 scoop (5g) of Citrulline Malate + 1/2 scoop of Micronized Creatine Monohydrate (3g) with 200-250ml of water.

Pre-workout:

30 minutes before starting physical exercise, take 1 scoop of Evobcaa's 2.0 (11g) + 1 scoop of Citrulline Malate (5g) with 200-250ml of water.

Intra-workout:

During any workout, sip 1 scoop (35g) of Evotonic mixed with 400ml of water.

Post-workout:

After finishing physical exercise, take 1 scoop of Evobcaa's (11g) with 200ml of water.

*Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense or long-duration physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stored in skeletal muscles. (Intended for adults who have performed intense or long-duration physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stored in skeletal muscles.
