Evovits: The basic multivitamin
Evovits (Multivitamin) from SportSeries is a dietary supplement made with minerals, vitamins, propolis, plant extracts and powder, inositol, and coenzyme Q10.
The idea is simple: complement the basics with a broad and balanced formula.
If you’re looking for a balanced daily base, Evovits is your multivitamin.
What Evovits provides
Wide coverage without megadoses
Evovits prioritizes a wide coverage of vitamins and minerals with amounts designed to complement your diet, without trying to overdose each nutrient, which is very common in the American market with vitamin formulas containing unnecessary mega-doses. Evovits is the kind of multivitamin that fits best when you want consistency and to complement your diet in a real and balanced way.
How are minerals dosed in a multivitamin?
Some minerals (like magnesium) usually make sense in specific products if you’re looking for high amounts due to volume. Here the approach is different: to provide a base and let you, if needed, complete with other basics complementarily. Thanks to Evovits’ formulation, you get practical micronutrient support while still being able to use other products with added vitamins and minerals, and keep balanced intakes of these nutrients. Evovits isn’t restrictive when used alongside most formulas that aren’t multivitamins.
For active people… and those who aren’t
Although Evovits belongs to the SportSeries line, this type of formula is widely used as general support: people who train, people with intense work, those with little variety of fruits/veggies, plant-based diets, long study periods, travel, shifts…
Minerals that make sense: iron, magnesium, zinc… in careful forms
Iron: the reason many choose it
Having iron in a multivitamin makes a difference for some people: diets low in red meat, vegetarian diets, or simply those who want to ensure that complementary intake within a balanced diet.
Iron isn’t “for everyone.” If you already take iron another way, have blood tests showing high ferritin, or conditions where iron isn’t recommended, you have alternatives of iron-free multivitamins at HSN.
Magnesium as bisglycinate: a truly quality choice
We’ve added magnesium as bisglycinate (chelated), a highly valued form for its good bioavailability. In a market where companies take advantage of the complexity of multivitamin formulas to include low-quality forms, at HSN we start from the principle that a quality multivitamin comes from using quality ingredients.
Zinc, manganese, copper, and trace elements
Evovits completes the profile with other minerals and trace elements in high-quality forms (like citrates and chelates), aiming for a balance between bioavailability and high elemental content within a daily formula.
Complete vitamin spectrum: B complex and more!
Vitamin A in appropriate amounts
Vitamin A is important for the body since, among other things, it helps maintain mucous membranes in normal conditions, but it’s a vitamin that in high amounts becomes incompatible with using other products containing it, or even foods very rich in it. Evovits contains about 100% of the NRV.
Vitamin D as an integrated basic
Having vitamin D already included is practical when you want a true basic multivitamin, since many don’t include it. In Evovits, we use vitamin D3 from lichen (important because otherwise, vitamin D3 wouldn’t be suitable for vegetarian diets).
Complete B complex (with B12 as methylcobalamin)
The B vitamins included in Evovits are designed as a classic base: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folate, biotin, and B12. We highlight methylcobalamin as the B12 form, considered the best presentation of this vitamin.
Evovits goes beyond the 'basics' - A complete multivitamin
Propolis: source of natural flavonoids
Propolis provides a profile of plant compounds (flavonoids) considered important nutrients in the diet base, less known and usually part of a diet without supplements, but you shouldn’t forget to include them.
Heads up! Since it’s an apiculture-derived ingredient, it’s not suitable for strict vegans and that’s why Evovits isn’t a formula suitable for vegan diets, but vegetarian ones.
Korean ginseng and spirulina
Extracts like ginseng (Panax ginseng) and spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) are included as extras on top of the vitamins and minerals base in Evovits. High-value extracts in the formula.
Citrus flavonoids and rutin
The sweet orange extract (Citrus sinensis) standardized in hesperidin and rutin (from Sophora japonica) round out this “more than complete multivitamin” approach.
Coenzyme Q10 and inositol
CoQ10 and inositol are two important nutrients, considered in some scientific literature as 'pseudovitamins' due to their important nutritional properties. Added thoughtfully and with value, without turning Evovits into a “junk drawer” of micronutrients.
Evovits is a formula designed for daily use
Gentle and easy to take
If you have a sensitive stomach, many multivitamins can feel “strong.” Thanks to its balanced formula, Evovits has excellent tolerance; we recommend taking it with food to improve tolerance even more. No need to complicate things: the time of “your main meal” is usually the best choice and it can be taken with breakfast or dinner.
Key points of Evovits:
- Broad-spectrum formula, without megadoses.
- Iron included, ideal for vegetarians.
- Vitamin A present, in balanced doses.
- High-quality mineral forms.
- Vegetable capsule format: no gelatins and a practical size.
How to use it as part of your routine
Best meal to take it with
Taking it with a meal usually improves tolerance. Many people prefer it with breakfast or lunch for pure convenience.
If you’re especially interested in iron: little tips that help
If your goal is to maximize iron absorption from Evovits, it’s usually better to separate it from meals where you drink coffee or tea right around the time of intake and not take it with supplements high in calcium at the same time. If you already take high doses of calcium in another product, it’s better to take Evovits at a different time.
Compatibility with other basics
Evovits works very well as a “base” complement and from there, it’s common to complete according to goals: sports performance, aesthetics, rest, or just healthy habits.
Combinations applied to these goals
- Omega-3: a basic if you don’t eat 3–4 servings of oily fish per week.
- Proteins: useful if your daily intake falls short, or if you’re an athlete looking to increase muscle mass.
- Creatine: a classic if you train strength or want support for your sports performance.
- Melatonin: another isolated supplement that has gained popularity for its support of rest.
Think of Evovits as a basic formula to complement the diet for a wide variety of needs. Evovits should not be missing from your supplement stack.
Questions? Don’t keep them to yourself!
Is it only for athletes?
No. It’s a basic multivitamin anyone can use who wants wide coverage of vitamins and minerals. Whether you train or not, Evovits serves the same purpose: support your routine.
Is it good if I’m vegan?
If you’re a strict vegan, check an important detail: the formula includes propolis (an apiculture ingredient). If you follow a more flexible plant-based diet, iron and B12 might interest you, but propolis must be considered and that’s why we consider the formula 'suitable for vegetarian diets' but not for vegan diets.
Can I take it if I already use other vitamin supplements?
You can, but you should consider that stacking many “vitamin” products at once (for example, another multivitamin + a B complex + a product with high vitamin A/D/E) might not be recommended. If your usual stack is already large and contains formulas with many added vitamins, you should consider the total daily vitamin dose you consume.
Why does it only have 16% of the NRV of magnesium?
Because a multivitamin isn’t the ideal place to include minerals in high amounts: they take up a lot of space and don’t allow for a complete, quality formula with a reasonable daily capsule count. Evovits focuses on providing key micronutrients as a base complement to your diet; if you want more magnesium, it’s better to check some of the specific magnesium options in our catalog.
HSN transparency: a formula to understand and use
One of the standout aspects of Evovits, as well as other HSN formulas, is that it’s clear: vitamins and minerals individually identified in each of their forms, clear amounts, and no “opaque blends” that don’t let you compare. Quality isn’t hidden, and at HSN we’re transparent.
