With the products included in the Vegan Cookies Pack, we'll make a recipe to bake between 20-25 coconut-flavored vegan cookies.

For this, you'll need:

• 50 g of HSN rice flour
• 50 g of HSN oat flour
• 30 g of HSN Isolated Rice Protein
• 50 g of grated coconut
• 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or another sweetener
• 1 tablespoon of HSN almond butter
• 50 ml of oat plant-based drink or any other plant-based drink
• A pinch of salt

Preparation for the vegan cookies:

• Place agave syrup, almond butter, and oat plant-based drink in a small saucepan.
• Heat the mixture for a few minutes until all ingredients dissolve and blend well.
• Once well mixed, remove from heat and let cool.
• In a separate bowl, mix oat flour, rice flour, plant protein, grated coconut, and salt.
• Add the warmed liquid mixture to the flour bowl.
• Mix everything thoroughly until you get a homogeneous dough that sticks a little to your hands.
• Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
• Then, shape individual cookies to your desired size and thickness.
• Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
• Bake the tray in the oven at 180° for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cookies turn golden.
• Let cool and serve.
