Exceeding expectations

Step by step: Oatmeal is a perfect complement, I use it to cook pancakes with a little milk, an egg, a pinch of baking soda and a dash of vanilla essence. They turn out great. The protein gives me an important recovery after training, and in my case, I chose vanilla flavor is delicious. I take Beta-Alanine and Creatine 20 minutes before training. I had never taken the first one before and when I saw the comments about the itching I was a little afraid, but I just notice a little tingling in the cheeks, I guess it depends on the person. Both supplements seem to me essential for training. You notice a little extra in the series, fatigue is delayed a little and you recover better between series. In addition to being prepared to continue training the next day. A 10. HSN works very well, I'm delighted.

Paso por paso: La Harina de Avena es un complemento perfecto, la uso para cocinar tortitas con un poco de leche, un huevo una pizca de bicarbonato y un chorrito de esencia de vainilla. Quedan brutales. La proteína me aporta una recuperación importante después del entreno, y en mi caso, que la escogí sabor vainilla está riquísima. La Beta-Alanina y la Creatina la tomo 20 minutos antes de entrenar. La primera no la había tomado nunca y al ver los comentarios de los picores iba con un poco de miedo, pero apenas noto un poco de hormigueo en las mejillas, imagino que dependerá de la persona. Los dos suplementos me parecen imprescindibles para entrenar. Notas un pequeño extra en las series, la fatiga se retrasa un poco y recuperas mejor entre serie y serie. Además de estar preparado para seguir entrenando al día siguiente. Un 10. HSN funciona muy bien, estoy encantado.
