L-glutamine is the most abundant non (conditionally) essential amino acid in the body. Up to 60% of the amino acid content of muscle tissue is glutamine (Cruzat et al., 2018).
This is a food supplement suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
Glutamine, like other amino acids, often comes from non-vegan sources.
