I loved this flax flour. It comes very well milled and tastes great. I use it to make keto breads, and since it has a lot of fiber, it helps the intestinal function, I have changed the almond flour for this one in the breads.

Perfect for going to the bathroom

I bought them because of constipation problems. The ground flax mixes very well with yogurt or smoothie and is really effective.

La manera más eficiente de aprovechar las propiedades del lino ya que las semillas si no se hidratan no se llegan a digerir. Viene bien para hacer huevos veganos.
