Smooth effect, good product

I buy it to reduce stress and improve rest, in this aspect the sleep is more restful but not sleep inducing. I am happy with the effect, easy to take tasteless.

Lo compro para reducir el estrés y mejorar el descanso, en este aspecto el sueño es más reparador pero no es inductor del mismo. Estoy contenta con el efecto, fácil de tomar insaboro.
