I use it along with the pre-workout to reach the grams I have to take and alone with water on the days I don't take pre-workout. It does not dissolve very well, you have to move it constantly, but it tastes absolutely nothing and I have noticed a difference since I've been taking it.
La uso junto con el preentreno para llegar a los gramos que tengo que tomar y sola con agua los días que no tomo preentreno. No se disuelve muy bien, hay que moverla constantemente, pero no sabe a absolutamente nada y he notado diferencia desde que la tomo.
