Very useful gift

It's one of those supplements that I didn't believe. I tried it after training and I really got less tired. I hardly had any stiffness despite putting weight on the machines. Highly recommended.

Es de esos complementos que no me creía. Lo probé después de entrenar y de verdad que me cansé menos. Apenas tuve agujetas a pesar de subir peso a las máquinas. Muy recomendable.

Does what it promises

After a month I can see in my workouts that I have more strength and in cardio I can do intense exercises for longer. Two criticisms: the packaging, as usual, and the texture resembles sand if taken with water alone, as well as the fact that it doesn't dissolve completely and some of the product remains in the glass or bottle. The best ways I've found to take it is mixed into soup or yogurt.

Ao fim de um mês consigo ver nos treinos que tenho mais força e no cardio consigo fazer exercícios intensos durante mais tempo. Duas críticas: a embalagem, como de costume, e a textura lembra areia se tomada só com aguá, para além de não dissolver por completo e ficar parte do produto no copo ou garrafa. As melhores formas que encontrei de tomar foi misturada na sopa ou no iogurte.
