Very good and inexpensive

Besides being good and cheap, it is a creatine that lasts a long time because the recommended dose is half a scoop. I do feel that it works well and does not upset the stomach or anything.

Aparte de ser buena y barata es una creatina que dura mucho tiempo porque la dosis recomendada es medio cazo. Yo si siento que funcione bien y no sienta mal al estómago ni nada.

Contengo con los resultados, no tiene sabor, facil de tomar, por poner alguna pega los envases deverian traer de por si su dosificador.

Dissolves well. No taste.

I ordered the 1 kg pack without flavor, and it dissolves easily. I have only tried it with hot water, I have not tried it with cold, nor with other liquids (milk, vegetable drinks, etc.). Presentation, cool. The only problem I see is with the zip closes easily, it costs to fit the rubber bands. As for the effectiveness... I'll give my opinion in a year, haha.

Pedí el pack de 1 kg sin sabor, y se disuelve con facilidad. Sólo lo he probado con agua caliente, no lo he probado ni con fría, ni con otros líquidos (leche, bebidas vegetales, etc.). Presentación, guay. El único problema que veo es con el zip cierra fácil, cuesta encajar las gomas. En cuanto a la efectividad... ya opinaré en dentro de un año, jaja.

Dissolves very well

I have been taking it in the mornings for months with my coffee with milk and I notice that my muscles are better after my sport since I have been taking it and it helps me in my menopause. The best thing is that it doesn't taste like coffee and it dissolves well, something that didn't happen with Creapure Creatine, which did taste like coffee.

Lo tomo por las mañanas desde hace ya meses con mi café con leche y bien, noto que mis músculos están mejor tras mi deporte desde que lo tomo y me ayuda en mi menopausia. Lo mejor es que no da sabor al café y se disuelve bien, cosas que no me pasaba con la Creatina de Creapure que si daba sabor.
