I always buy the one with the creapure seal, as I notice a different texture. This one came to me as a gift and I am using it up.

It is one of those products that you notice, it is not instantaneous, 2 weeks of waiting is recommended, but if you take it every day you start to notice the effect, both in strength and energy. The pouch, like almost all of them, stops closing very soon and that makes the product cakes, but you can still use it well. For me it is already a must-have.

Es de esos productos que notas, no es instantáneo, se recomiendan 2 semanas de espera, pero si lo tomas todos los días empiezas a notar el efecto, tanto en la fuerza como en la energía. La bolsa, como casi todas, deja de cerrar muy pronto y eso hace que el productos se apelmace, pero se puede seguir usando bien. Para es es ya un indispensable.

Good creatine, even if not 100%

Good creatine, although it is not 100% creatine if it meets it feels good energy, the only downside is that it is not as pure as creapure, but the price makes up for it.
