Maltodextrin powder
Perfect carbohydrate
It’s perfect for a protein shake or an intra-workout drink. 60 g during training won’t feel heavy, but with 100 g you may notice an insulin spike and feel jittery.

Maltodextrin powder
I already knew maltodextrin, I use it during all my training sessions. I was hesitant about the idea that it wouldn’t taste like anything, thinking it would be bad, but not at all!

Fast-absorbing carbohydrates
I've found maltodextrin useful for my intraworkout drink. It gives me energy especially in the final part of my strength workouts at the gym, when the body is tired but I need concentration and to push again for the last sets.

Good for mixing your own drink mix.
Very good product for mixing your own power drink. The recommendation is to mix it in a plastic container (1 kg) for later use.
