Very good
I have been using it all year for my workouts and it is a must, both for isotonic and for gels and recovery. The only bad thing is the packaging, I change it to an airtight tupper.
Llevo usándolo todo el año para mis entrenamientos y es un imprescindible, tanto para isotónico como para geles y recovery. Lo único malo es el envase, yo lo cambio a un tupper hermético.

It is the third time I buy the 3kg format because of the price. In the end for those of us who are cyclists and need to carry gels, it is more economical to do so than to buy them at an average of 2 € unit.
