ECONOMIC

It is very economical to be able to prepare yourself the desired mixture to create your own isotonic or hypertonic combined with fructose. Very sweet taste according to the concentration (logical because they are sugars), but neutral.

Maltodextrin powder

Perfect for intra-workout or post workout

My best option for intra-workout, mixed with water and other products, is a combination to avoid energy loss in demanding workouts.

Going well

Like dextrose, similar, it is good to take as a carbohydrate for energy for high intensity training.

Perfect intra-workout

We have been buying it for months together with fructose to prepare our intra-workouts and it makes a huge difference now to stay energized as the workout progresses.
