Good Omega3
I have been taking this HSN Omega-3 for a couple of months now and the truth is that I am very satisfied. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave that annoying fishy taste that other similar products have. In addition, I like that it is IFOS certified, which gives me a lot of peace of mind regarding its purity and quality. I take it primarily for its cardiovascular benefits and to improve ge health.

I recommend its purchase but much better if it is IFOS certified as it does not have omega 3 oxidation.
