I don't take much fish, and this supplement helps me a lot to get the omega 3 I need. It doesn't taste like anything, the only bad thing is that since the capsules are so big, it can be hard to swallow them.

No tomo mucho pescado, y este suplemento me ayuda mucho a conseguir ese omega 3 que necesito. No sabe a nada, lo único malo es que al ser unas capsulas tan grandes puede costarte tragarlas.
