Strong fishy odor, not very pleasant taste. Curious aspect. I did not notice results.

Fish oil..hopefully high quality
With most supplements, the quality is not so important to me: creatine can be from China, it doesn't have to be Creapure. Zinc is usually the same anyway, as long as it's the same form of zinc. With fish oil, good quality would be nice, which is why I took HSN fish oil. At least it's a brand. Everything normal so far :).
Bei den meisten Supplements ist mir die Qualität nicht so extrem wichtig: Kreatin kann ruhig aus China sein – muss kein Creapure sein. Zink ist meistens eh dasselbe, solange es die gleiche Zinkverbindung ist. Bei Fischöl ist gute Qualität aber schon wichtig, deshalb habe ich mich für das Fischöl von HSN entschieden. Immerhin eine Marke, der man vertrauen kann. Bisher alles ganz normal. :)

Quality product
I take it for cholesterol problems and it has reduced it drastically (helped by good nutrition and training). No capsule flavor, with quality fish fat, the only thing that at least for me, because I have gastroesophageal reflux problems, it repeats itself. A must in supplementation.

Sin sabor de cápsula, con grasa de pescado de calidad, lo único que a mi al menos, por tener problemas de reflujo gastroesofágico, se me repite. Un imprescindible de la suplementación.

It complies with what is indicated. I started taking it because I had high cholesterol and it has worked and lowered my cholesterol a lot. The capsules do not repeat the taste of fish. Highly recommended.
