Until I take a test in a few months to see if my Omega 3 level has gone up, I can't say categorically that it fulfills its purpose, but if so I would 100% recommend it because of the quantity in relation to the price, plus they are very convenient to take.

It does not carry the ifos seal but the price-quality is very good, I did the test of freezing it for 24 hours and it did not freeze, which means that at least it is omega 3 since it does not freeze.
No lleva sello ifos pero el precio- calidad es muy bueno, hice la prueba de congelarlo durante 24 horas y no se congelo, con ello quiere decir que al menos es omega 3 ya que este no se congela.

I love the format in which it comes, maybe the 120 capsules packaging is a little big. It comes very well presented and is convenient to carry. As for the 1000 MG for that price I think it is very good for those looking for an extra supply of omega 3.
