Brutal and does not hurt the stomach like other oils I recommend it 100%, easy to swallow even if they are a little big.

It is a good product

The truth is that it is quite a pill, although I have to say that for being so big it is not so hard to swallow but at least for me it leaves me with the feeling that I have a sore throat after swallowing. I've only tried it for a month but I think it shows some improvement in recovery after exercise.

La verdad que menudo pastillon, aunque he de decir que para ser tan grande no cuesta tanto tragarlo pero por lo menos a mi me deja la sensación de que tengo la garganta tocada después de tragar. Solo lo he probado un mes pero creo que se nota cierta mejoría en la recuperación después del ejercicio.
