I had brittle nails, very dry hair and some joint pain and talking to a doctor friend he explained to me about the importance of fats and recommended me to take a fish oil supplement (omega 3) because I usually do not eat almost no fish. So I tried it and after a while my nails and hair came back to normal as it should be.
Tenia las uñas fragiles, el pelo muy seco y algo de dolor articular y hablando con un amigo doctor me explico sobre la importancia de los grasas y me recomendo tomar un suplemento de aceite de pescado (omega 3) porque yo no suelo comer casi nada de pescado. Total que lo probe y al cabo de un tiempo mis uñas y pelovolvieron a la normalidad como debe ser.
