Probé solo para notar si hacía efecto en un momento que sentí más ganas de dulce, cosa que no hago habitualmente, pero no superé los 3 meses de uso como hago habitualmente con otras vitaminas. Noté mucha mejora pero no sé si se deba a eso o simplemente porque fue un momento de desequilibrio de hormonas y se me fue. Pero si es verdad, que las personas diabéticas comentan que les ayuda más.

Recommended for pacreas.

We have started taking Gymnema Sylvestre on the recommendation of our doctor for blood sugar control for both my wife and I. We are not diabetic but are on the verge of it. We are not diabetic but are on the verge of it. We are just hoping that this supplement will help us to improve or have control of our pancreas and that in the future we will not have to go on insulin.
