Strengthens the defenses?

I tried this product after reading several reviews. I had the feeling that it was a little bit bad for me and I started taking it every other day and I no longer felt any discomfort. I don't know if it is a coincidence but lately I have been in contact with people with colds and I tend to catch them but I feel great, maybe it is the vitamin? I will buy it again in a while.

He probado este producto, después de leer varias reseñas. Me dio la sensación que me sentaba un poquito mal y pasé a tomarlo día sí, día no y ya no noté molestias. No sé si es casualidad pero últimamente he estado en contacto con gente resfriada y suelo contagiarme sin embargo estoy genial, ¿Quizá es la vitamina? Volveré a comprarla en un tiempo.

I was taking this supplement because I had a lack of vitamin C and this raised my Vitamin C levels.

Good ingredients.

I chose this vitamin C because of its ingredients and dosage per tablet. Although it is still early to see results, I am confident that they will not be long in coming. Good value for money.

Vitamin c

Encapsulated vitamin C, easy to take and in my case I feel great, nothing to complain about, I take it in combination with iron on an empty stomach and it's great for me.

Vitamina C encapsulada, fácil de tomar y que en mi caso me sienta fenomenal, nada que objetar, la tomo en combinación con hierro en ayunas y me viene de lujo.
