It dissolves quite well and helps me boost the protein in my breakfasts. I’m pregnant and, according to studies, this protein is recommended for purity and safety during pregnancy: absence of sweeteners and heavy metals, among other things. The flavor is slightly dairy-like but not at all the star when mixed with fruit and oats, like in my case. I recommend it.
Se disuelve bastante bien y me facilita aumentar la proteína en mis desayunos. Estoy embarazada y, según los estudios, esta proteína es aconsejable por pureza y seguridad en el embarazo: ausencia de edulcorantes y metales pesados, entre otras cosas. El sabor es ligeramente lácteo pero en absoluto protagonista mezclado con frutas y avena, como es mi caso. La recomiendo.
